Ordering & shipping
Why wont
my order go through? It just cancels out all my information,
why is that?
This problem often occurs when our customers have an antivirus
program always running on their computer, especially Norton's.
We even have the problem when we order ourselves. The problem
is easy to rectify, however. Simply look for the icon for your
antivirus program at the bottom right corner of your computer
(usually situated near your clock) Right click on the icon, and
it will give you the choice to "disable." Click disable. This
should allow you to place your order with no problem. Just
remember when you are done ordering to reactivate your
antivirus program, which is done the same way you deactivated
it.
Give this a shot, and if you are still having problems, write
back to us and we will put your order through a different
method.
IS MY
PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?
You have absolutely no privacy worries here. My Beloved's
Garden is a E-Store/Ministry who is run by my husband and
myself. We do not give any of your information to anyone, for
any purpose at any time, and never will...you have our word on
that!! So be rest assured!
How are my
purchases shipped?
Your shipment will be sent by either, Priority - United States
Postal Service, Fed Ex, or UPS depending upon the type of
product you have ordered and the day in which you ordered your
product in the week.
Do you
ship internationally?
Yes we do. In most cases, shipping cost to
Canada is $17.50 U.S. Most shipping
costs to Europe/ Asia and most other countries is $25.00 U.S.
If for some reason it is more because of weight, size or
location, we will let you know prior to shipping your order and
ask for a "Request for Payment" from you by e-mail.
How will
my products reach my address?
Our products are a compilation of our own products, and product
lines that work in conjunction with us. We combine these
avenues in order to give the largest selection of quality
products at the best prices available.
Our Lingerie, Marital Aids, Books and Jewelry are all packaged
separately from one another, so there is a chance that you will
receive them on separate days and in separate packages. Your
shipping cost always remains the same, a straight $8.50 US,
unless you are otherwise notified or ordering outside of th
USA.
How is my
purchase packaged?
All our shipments arrive in discreet brown boxes with the
return name as "MBG", "21 Century, or "Christian Books", so you
don't need to worry about being embarrased by the onlooking
neighbor, customs officer, delivery person, post office
attendant, or mother-in-law.
How soon
will I receive my shipment?
All of our lingerie, marital aids, jewelry, books and CD's are
shipped within 2 business days if they are not backordered.
There are, however, times when the product you have chosen is
back-ordered. Back-orders can take anywhere from 1 more day to
several weeks. On rare occasions (worst case scenario) several
months if the manufacturer is behind in production of that
item.
We will let you know by e-mail if your order is on back-order
and if we know at that time, we will also tell you the
approximate time we hope to have that item in and shipped out
to you. You may at the time choose a replacement item that IS
in stock, or we can suggest the same item in a different color
that we have presently in stock.
Orders can take about 5 days, depending on where you live, to
reach you once they have left us. If you want your package
sooner, please let us know and we can choose a faster method of
shipping at an additional cost to you.
At anytime pryer to your order shipping out you may add to it,
so feel free to send us an email or call us and we will add it
to your existing order to avoid you spending additional
shipping costs by placing a second order. If by error you send
an additional order before your first order goes out, we do our
very best to catch it, combine the two orders and send you a
credit for the second shipping charge directly to your credit
card or electronic check system.
Why Should
I buy through the internet rather than a store
front?
We have researched the issue of shipping products thoroughly
and are assured that My Beloved?s Garden is within the medium
range for shipping costs. Furthermore, our prices are so
competitive that they surely offset the cost of shipping. Many
of our customers prefer the costs of shipping to the cost of
gas, parking, and inflated prices, (especially on marital aids
and jewelry), not to mention privacy and their precious
time.
If my TOY
purchase is defective, can I return it?
Yes you can but it has to be done through the address on the
items enclosed Warranty Card (not to us). In most cases they
demand that the item not be used and that you also send back
the original packaging - so don't throw that stuff out until
you know your item is working right. (Please always test run
your item).
We on occasion are contacted by our customers in regard to
mechanical items that seem to not be working. Please check that
batteries have not shifted and therefore lost contact with
their connection, or take the batteries out and then return
them to their reciprical, as this often remedies the
problem.
All
returns need to be made within a 30 day period with a return
authorization form.
Because of strict health regulations, in most cases, we can not
accept any returns of thongs, underwear or used lingerie, also,
we are not allowed to accept any returns of "opened" sexual
aids. Example: (If you receive a sexual aid and put batteries
in side and the item will not work despite trying the suggested
"helps" - listed above - we give on the site, you may return
the item to the address on the Warranty Card. If you open the
product and simply decide that it wasn't what you were hoping
for, or it breaks after it has been used for a while, we do not
accept this type of return and neither does the warrantor.)
LINGERIE
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
When you receive your lingerie, please keep the tags
attached while trying on the item, so in the event the item
does not fit it can still be returned.
Please remember, underwear, briefs, thongs and boxers, are not
returnable, just as you would find at a department store. In
order for us to except an item back, the tags must be still on,
and it must not have been used as we have to be able to resale
the item. (These are the terms of our distributors).
So, receive the item, leave the tags on, try the item on while
wearing your underwear, and then decide whether or not you wish
to keep the item.
Please E-mail us, without delay, if you wish to return item(s),
(as we have a 30 day return policy.) You will be sent a Return
Authorization form which needs to be enclosed in the box with
your item.
When exchanging your lingerie, the shipping charges both to and
from our warehouse are the responsability of "you" the
customer. You are responsible to send the item to us by
registered mail (or any way that includes a tracking number)
and then we will simply send you a "request for payment"
through (
2Checkout.com, Inc. is an authorized retailer of My
Beloveds Garden) for the new item to be shipped back out to
you. When you receive the request by email you simply respond
to it.
There will be a 20% restocking fee for all returns, unless the
items sent is defective or the item sent was the wrong size due
to our error.
Make Sure to check and use the size charts in the lingerie
section of our site. The Leather Line fits tight so it is
usually better to go one size larger. The Body Stockings look
much better when they are not too tight, so if you are over
size 12-14, you may wish to consider a plus size of Body
Stocking.
MARITAL
AIDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Under no circumstances can used Marital Aids be returned for
obvious health reasons. All items that have been shipped out
are considered "used" by our supplier because most items are
packaged in enclosable plastic casing. Regardless of the fact
that some items are in blister packets, our supplier still
remains rigid in their returns. After speaking with other Store
front retailers of like items, we have found this to be
standard practice. We are sorry for any inconvenience but it is
beyond our control.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM:
When receiving your item, check to see if the item is what you
ordered before removing it from the packaging. DO NOT
THROW OUT THE PACKAGING BEFORE YOU ARE CERTAIN THE ITEM IS
OPPERTATING PROPERLY. Make sure to remove any tabs or
directions printed on paper that may be inserted in the battery
compartment. Once satisfied that the item is working properly,
you may discretely dispose of your packaging.
In the event that your item is not operating properly, refer to
the warranty that comes with most of the toys, as all of these
issues have to be dealt with at the level of the
manufacturer.
REMINDER:
WHEN WE APROACHING SPECIAL OCCASSIONS SUCH AS CHRISTMAS,
VALENTINES DAY, ETC., SOME OF OUR STOCK WILL HAVE BECOME
DEPLETED AND ORDERS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FILLED, SHIPPED, AND
RECEIVED BEFORE THAT SPECIAL DAY ARRIVE. SO IF YOU ARE ORDERING
FOR THAT SPECIFIC DATE IN MIND, IT MAY BE BEST TO EMAIL US TO
SEE IF THE PRODUCT YOU WISH TO ORDER IS IN STOCK PRIOR TO
